This 2.5m hand stacker is a rugged barrow-type manual lift designed for on site pallet stacking as well as handling relatively heavy to medium-heavy cargoes. It is able to lift up to 2000kg at a max height of 2500mm, enough for just about all high-stacking tasks which the normal small stacker is unable to do. Completely manual hydraulic function, no electric current, no battery, no complex maintenance. Suitable for a variety of warehouse sorting, goods stacking, container loading as well as warehouse material logistics. Can this 2.5m hand stacker be used in a high shelf ware house?
A1: Yes, of course. The max 2500mm lifting height is fitting for tall shelf storage. It can do high-position cargo stacking and picking work easy, so most standard high shelves in warehouse can meet this height.
Are big items of equipment/objects difficult to carry manally?
A2: We use improved labor-saving hydraulic system. It will be labor-saving and smooth even for 2 tons heavy goods during pressing and lifting. Ordinary operators can calmly and labor-saving finish the lifting work without extreme physical strength.
Will the fork accommodate various pallet dimensions?
A3: absolutely can. Fork span can be regulated from 280mm to 820mm, which is compatible with high strength. It can be tailored into a wide variety of typical standards and non-standard pallets used in the working.
What about the daily maintenance of this stacker?
A4: Maintenance is so easy. Maintain the body naturally on a daily basis, lubricate the hydraulic components and movable wheels from time to time, and press the bolt regularly. No any difficult maintenance is needed, making your save time and cost.
